Everyone wants to serve foster kids, but sometimes it's hard to know how. There are many ways to serve in Compelled to Care. You can serve at large events, write encouraging cards or even help organize gift drives for foster kids and help organize donations.

ABOUT
The Restore Retreat is the mother of all mother meet ups for foster, adoptive and kinship moms. Come connect with moms from all around the PNW.

This is a Christian retreat so there will be worship and biblical teaching in the main sessions. We do have moms who attend who are not Christians and still feel restored by the spa, breakout sessions and location.
​
The Restore Retreat team is made up of foster, adoptive, kinship moms and advocates for vulnerable children. Restore Retreat began as a ministry of Ibsen Adoption Network and became a ministry of Compelled to Care in 2019.

LOCATION
The Restore Retreat is at the Falls Creek Retreat Center in Raymond, Wa about an 1.5 hours south of Olympia, WA. 32 Falls Creek Rd. Raymond, WA 98577

Lodging There are three lodges, with rooms with twin and queen size beds. There are limited single rooms for an additional cost. Linens are provided. Two lodges have large hot tubs so bring a swim suit! See lodge layouts here

Meals The retreat center provides dinner on Friday, 3 meals on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. There is a coffee stand in the Dining Hall for the coffee lovers. Meal accommodations can be made with the retreat center in advance of your arrival.
