There are so many ways to serve the foster, adoptive and kinship community. Here's a few ways that you can serve through Compelled to Care.

We would love to have your join our team! You can serve on our hospitality team by making people feel welcome. You can host meet-ups and play dates. You can share your story in-person or on video. You can share your talent. You can help plan events of every size - including the Restore Retreat.
With everything going online during 2020 we increased our engagement and content we created. We believe in the importance of expanding our online influence so that more people can know they are not alone. You can be an online encourager by liking and responding to people on our social media pages. You can submit blog posts and devotionals that will encourage other foster, adoptive and kinship parents and you can even volunteer your graphic design skills.
Even if you are social distancing for safety reasons there are still ways to serve. During this season our team have written over 300 encouraging cards and delivered over 100 doorstep care packages.

We dropped off Care Packages for the whole family.

We even delivered surprise Easter egg hunts on people's front lawns....yes Krista got caught.

Good to Know: All volunteers are background checked. If you want to serve in childcare you must be background checked through the church providing childcare.
